How is our GM (Crypto) team? 🚀

As the Tech GM for crypto, you will have the opportunity to develop and scale our crypto product/solution in the global markets. Our Tech GMs are key to balance the needs of our clients and at the same time, look for the health of our business from a product/solution standpoint. Add to that the fact that we are starting to expand to Latin America and beyond, and you a really fascinating set of challenges to navigate.

We're looking for someone who has that mix of operational prowess to get great work done, the ability to converge technology and business needs, as well as someone that is eager to have the budget in its hands, to bring out the best from the team, always. At the end, the innovation and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions, and the emotional intelligence required to lead a fast paced business and inspire a team of people, are the most important parts.

This is the ideal role for someone who has experience building out a business, who's obsessed with tinkering and iterating to obtain operational excellence and quality throughout the customer's experience, working alongside with our team. The Tech GM drives technology, product and delivery. Also helps to drive the product marketing strategy together with the overall operation.

What will the day to day be like? 💼

• Engage a team of smart and hardworking people towards building our crypto;
• A critical look to what matters the most to deliver high-quality, highly reliable, loved by developers products and components within the crypto vertical;
• Work cross-functionally: lead the squads, part of your Business Tower, but also helps the team to collaborate with Customer Experience, Program Management, Architecture, Business teams, to assure the best of the best is being delivered;
• Work with other General Managers (including the Business GMs) and your teams to help scale our crypto through developing standards, enabling the Sales teams to sell more, and more effectively, helping the Business GMs to encapsulate the overall offering better, etc
• Solve it, solve it all: we're looking for people who are curious and passionate about solving problems! We like to think that the Tech GMs leads a startup within a startup, and because of that, there will be many interesting challenges ahead. Experimenting and finding unique solutions is at our core, specially if it is also resolving our client's problems;
• Own the budget: our Tech GMs take care of the budget from a cost standpoint. You will be spearheading the efforts to make the delivery of the product being the best, always looking for innovative solutions to help this delivery being also at the right cost proxy.

What do we expect from you? 🎓

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, technology, business development or a similar area at managerial level;
• Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement - you understand what drives value and can make sensible commercial decisions to reflect this;
• Effective project management - experience delivering on a multifaceted projects with many stakeholders (internal and external);
• Stellar relationship building skills, from inception to execution, internally and externally;
• Experience leading a team, with willingness to invest in the coaching and development of your team members. We need someone that sees the 1:1s as the most fun part of the day. You coach!;
• Ability to adapt with humility and resilience;
• A passion for technology. You are going to breath tech. True!
